Job Description

I need support on a variety of Administrative & Marketing tasks. This is a fully remote position. Please note:
-My working hours are primarily Monday – Friday, 9am – 2pm ET
-Applicants must be available for at least 3 hours per day during this period of time
-Toggle or another time-tracking software will be used to track working hours

A good candidate for this job will have the following skills/experience:
-Excellent English writing skills
-Experience using Canva
-Organized + Detail-oriented
-Good English speaking skills
-Warm/Friendly demeanor

The following skills are not necessary, but would be helpful:
-Knowledge and experience with SEO
-Experience with Squarespace
-A background in advertising or marketing

Below are the specific tasks you will be working on:
1. Repurposing content from blogs that I write to be used in:
(A) Posts on Instagram /drelipenela/
(B) Posts on LinkedIn /in/drelipenela/
(C) Email marketing

2. Using Canva to create social media posts and flyers

3. Edits to websites: Adding copy, images, and buttons. Here are two websites you would be working on:
(1) / (Private practice site using Weebly):
(2) (Coaching site using Squarespace)

4. SEO for private practice + coaching websites. If you do not have knowledge in SEO that is okay, I have training videos that you can complete.

5. Virtual support during occasional live, web-based offerings (e.g., webinars, workshops via Zoom) – mainly to manage inquiries via the chat while I present.

6. Various administrative tasks:
– Responding to new patient inquiries via email (using templates) and phone
– Scheduling new patient appointments
– Organizing information in Excel databases (e.g., referral sources, following up on new patient inquiries)

**PLEASE SUBMIT THIS WORK SAMPLE:

This flyer would be circulated to other service providers, so that they can post in their waiting rooms, bulletin boards, etc.
The flyer should include:
1. Format of the course (e.g., in-person or Zoom, how many weeks, # of group vs individual meetings)
2. Dates of the course
3. Pricing
