Job Description:

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job, we are seeking a bright and highly motivated and detail-oriented VA with strong market research abilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and providing detailed reports on findings. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, scheduling, and supporting other team members as needed. As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. All possibilities for raises based upon work performance.
This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3 – 5 candidates to hire for a test project. You will be paid for the test project. After seeing your work, we’ll choose who to bring on to the team. Strong spoken English and grammar is the only “requirement” for this position (we can train you on everything else).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and provide detailed reports on findings
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling and office communications
• Support the president and other team members as needed
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Collaborate with team members on projects
• Adhere to company core values and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in market research or related field
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Strong organizational skills/Detail oriented
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Qualities Needed To Be Successful

Integrity. You are a good fit if vou can be honest with vour fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to everyone on the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all and we have a very supportive environment.

Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship. If your just looking for a few months of work, this is definitely not for you.

Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If your not excited about improving your skills and trying new things; again, this is likely not for you.
