*Responsibilities:*
– Manage all remote sales and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
– Process customer inquiries and generate accurate estimates for our services.
– Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
– Handle all invoicing and payment processing with precision and attention to detail.
– Utilize sales expertise to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales growth.
– Assist with client communications and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
– Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
– Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
– Follow all tasks assigned by the executive team with dedication and professionalism.
*Qualifications:*
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Prior experience in sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
– Prior experience in sales support, including lead generation, customer inquiries, and relationship-building, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and client satisfaction.
– Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Experience in the service or maintenance industry is a plus
– Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
