Job Description

This mama of 3 girls and real estate entrepreneur needs help! She plans the family’s trips, the kids extra curricular activities, coordinates playdates, doctor’s appointments and lessons, shops for her constantly growing kids and buys most of what they need (think shoes, jackets, almost every piece of clothing they own and BRAS), party plans, buys gifts for both sides of the family and any other friend or teacher, tries to make every birthday or holiday special, does the internet research for large expenses (extracurricular activities, trips, daycare, etc.), organizing for the entire house, bookkeeping and everything in between!

For her business, the Assistant’s key responsibility is to be proactive, take priority tasks off her plate and organize or automate where needed/possible. Things like making follow-up calls to anyone and everyone (to ensure something was received or scheduled or to simply check-in on progress) doing research to find the best (you fill in the blank), sending emails to set up meetings, and scheduling appointments, etc. to help free up her time to focus on what she does best.

She is not looking for a social media expert, although having strong experience with posting/editing videos and content on instagram, facebook and engaging facebook groups is a must.

The ideal assistant will be tech savvy (familiar with Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, Click-Up, Slack), organized and create systems that will keep these constant ongoing tasks running smoothly and make an effort to understand Bev’s needs by taking the lead without waiting to be told what to do and when to do it. Rather than regularly asking Bev, “What do you need me to do?” the personal assistant will gain a sense of what’s a priority based on conversations with Bev and decide how to tackle the to-do list from there. Obviously if you are working remote, you can’t do things like organize her house- the point in sharing that is to let the applicant know that he/she would be ok with taking even parts of these tasks that she’s responsible for. “Oh, it’s Teacher Appreciation Day next week? I’ll take care of that.” Or things like take care of certain holiday gifts, thank you cards, invitations, etc.

Personality wise, she is looking for someone who is assertive, direct and confident in their decision making skills- is a good writer and speaker and has enough emotional intelligence to deal with annoying people in order to complete a task. This role is not for someone who is afraid to get uncomfortable to achieve a goal. If you are interested in building wealth through real estate, this is an opportunity to work for someone who wants to share what she’s learned so that others can create time freedom as well.

In order to be considered, you must write in the SUBJECT of your application: “I’m ready for Legacy Collective.”

Time/Availability Requirement: 40 hours/week, must be willing to work on Eastern Time Only
