Role Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on WordPress management. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and updating our WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless user experience. There are different themes for WordPress, so you’re not expected to know everything, but just the drive and interest to want to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and updating WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
Collaborating with the marketing team to implement website design and content strategies.
Ensuring website security and performing regular backups.
Optimizing website performance, speed, and SEO.
Assisting in the creation and management of landing pages and other web elements.
Coordinating with team members to ensure timely and accurate website updates.
Providing administrative support to the digital marketing team as needed.
Staying updated with the latest WordPress trends and updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing WordPress websites.
Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexibility to align with the US time zone (8 AM – 5 PM PST) for work hours.
