Our ideal candidate is adept with Google Docs and MS Office software and displays a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems. This role places a premium on high-level personal communication and English proficiency.

The position demands the capability to follow instructions meticulously while promptly notifying of any changes or modifications.

As a general VA, your duties will include:

– Executing step-by-step SOPs guiding you through various tasks, which encompass:
– Generating content for the health and beauty niche (copy+paste)
– Utilizing auto-translate
– Crafting blog posts on WordPress sites

Position requirements:

– Exceptional personal communication skills
– Possession of a Gmail (or Google account) for seamless document and sheet sharing
– Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English at an advanced level
– The ability to follow precise instructions and promptly alert to any changes
– Proficiency with Google Docs & MS Word, basic knowledge of WordPress
– Hardworking, adept at swift computer and internet tasks
– Strong sense of responsibility
– Full commitment to a full-time job

Advantage:

2+ years of experience as a remote VA
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience with WordPress, MS Word
Additional requirements:

– Availability from Monday to Friday
– Working hours from 11:00 – 19:00 GMT+8 (Manila local time)
