Virtual Assistant – Write-up Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to create compelling write-ups and introduction summaries for professional engineers. This role is pivotal in helping us present our candidates in the best possible light to potential employers and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in agency recruitment, with a proven track record of winning and managing accounts.
– Professionalism: High level of maturity in interactions with colleagues and clients.
– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the professional engineering ecosystem, including relevant communities. (would be good but not required)
– Career Commitment: Someone who sees agency recruitment as a long-term career, not just a job.
– Innovative Thinker: Brings new ideas and challenges existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
