About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to support the development of a PhD thesis in the field of Economics, with a focus on AI, real estate, and broader economic topics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and critical thinking abilities, along with a strong understanding of economic principles. This role requires flexibility in managing various projects and tasks, including data processing, data analysis, and other related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on topics related to AI, real estate, and the economy.
Assist in the development and organization of the PhD thesis, including writing, editing, and formatting.
Analyze and interpret data, utilizing statistical tools and methodologies.
Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
Perform data processing, data finding, and data analysis tasks.
Manage and organize research materials and resources.
Handle various administrative and outsourcing tasks as needed.
Collaborate with the PhD candidate to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field; a PhD degree is a plus.
Proven experience in conducting and publishing research.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documents.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, Python).
Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in economics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate research and analysis.
Knowledge of advanced AI and machine learning techniques.
Familiarity with academic publishing standards and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.
