Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Customer Service, Product Listing

Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day, 5 days a week)
About Us: Trendydealnorge is a dynamic e-commerce business specializing. We take pride in offering high-quality products to our customers and providing exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our excellent customer service standards while also assisting with product listing and potential Facebook advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
Product Listing (Shopify):
Create and manage product listings on our Shopify store, including writing compelling product descriptions and optimizing product images.
Ensure accurate product information and pricing.
Facebook Ads (Optional):
Look for good creatives (video’s and images) to use in the ads.
Once familiar with our business, there is an opportunity to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Canva Image and video Editing (Occasional):
Assist with image and video editing and graphics creation using Canva for marketing materials as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience with customer service and a strong customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with Shopify or a willingness to learn quickly.
Knowledge of Facebook advertising is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Ability to commit to 4-hours a day for 5 days a week. As the business grows this will be more
