AltaVista Advertising is a dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency that provides lead generation service to financial advisors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.
Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: [Part-time to Full-Time]
Hours: 10 to 40 hours per week
Salary: $4 CAD/Hours
Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant at AltaVista Advertising, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the onboarding of new clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
Assisting with social media management and content creation, if needed.
Assisting with the onboarding and launch of clients in a timely manner.
Performing various administrative tasks as required to support different departments.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative position.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Sheets, LookerStudios, or similar software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
