Job Description

We’re a full-service online marketing and training company looking for a dynamic, expert, detail-oriented virtual assistant for an immediate start-date.

This role requires a highly flexible and tenacious individual who loves to learn and enjoys being on the cutting edge of what is happening in the online landscape.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support during our digital course launches
• Emails, posts, messaging campaigns, and tagging during each live course launch
• Outbound messaging campaigns delivering pre-crafted content, emails and messages, and following up on leads
• Welcome messages into our Facebook Group and community
• Ongoing support with our social media marketing team
• Client and student support
• Scheduling for our CEO with clients, interviews, podcasts, etc.
• Keyword & hashtag research for clients

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Perfect written American English including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
An engaging and professional personality
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
• Kajabi
• Facebook
• Facebook Messenger
• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Asana
• Slack
• Engagebay

HOURS: Monday – Friday, approximately 40-45 hours per week, working on Pacific Standard Time sometime between the hours of 7am – 7pm PT (There will also be weekend hours three times per year during our large scale launches.)

EXCLUSIVE: This is a full-time position, and you must work exclusively for us with no other jobs or freelance positions. This is for a long-term hire.

Compensation includes regular salary as well as bonuses.
