Job Description:
We are seeking a highly-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the growth of our online business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, completing orders, product research, developing new systems, photo editing and website development.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry: input product information, prices, descriptions, etc. into our website and other platforms.
Order fulfillment: process and complete customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Product research: source new and innovative toys to add to our product range.
Develop new systems: identify areas of the business that can be streamlined and come up with solutions to improve efficiency.
Photo editing: create visually appealing product photos to use on our website and social media channels.
Website development: work with our team to maintain and improve the overall look and functionality of our website.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop or Canva.
Familiarity with website development platforms such as WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
