Overview:
We are in search of a motivated Discord Growth Operator to play a crucial role in enhancing our digital community on Discord. This role encompasses community management, content research and curation, administrative support, and assistance in social media and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, proficiency in using tools like Notion and Canva for resource management and content creation, and additional skills in video editing and web development.

Responsibilities:
– **Community Engagement and Management**: Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, welcome new members, and organize events to foster interaction and engagement.
– **Content Research and Curation**: Independently identify, research, and curate engaging deals, hot items, and trends relevant to our community.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in community management or related fields, with a strong grasp of Discord functionalities.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Capability to independently research and curate content using allocated resources.
– Proficiency in using Notion for organizational tasks and Canva for creating visual content.
– Effective organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
– Adaptability to work across various time zones.

Bonus Skills:
– **Web Development**: Knowledge of web development technologies (hosting, WordPress.) is highly valued.
– **Video Editing**: Proficiency in video editing software and the ability to create engaging video content for promotions, tutorials, and community engagement.

Salary:
– A competitive monthly salary of PHP 18,000.
