Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This remote position will require you to provide exceptional administrative support to our organization while also handling cold calling for both cold and warm leads. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering calls, responding to emails, managing finances, and assisting with other daily activities as needed. Fluency in English with little to no accent and a strong internet connection are essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable and confident in making phone calls to engage potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling cold and warm leads to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
Responding to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Keeping financial records and invoices organized, tracking expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Assisting with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
Undertaking various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Content creation for Facebook business page.
Lead generation and data mining.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with little to no accent to ensure clear communication.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative work.
Reliable internet connection to facilitate smooth remote collaboration.
Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable and confident in making cold calls to engage potential clients.
