ABOUT THE JOB:
VAR is looking for the next SUPERSTAR for our client. A caring, well-rounded team member with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company.
We are searching for a Virtual Bookkeeper with strong communication skills (oral and written) and a good command of technology to join the team.
What we look for:
– Someone who has at least 2 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
(Experience with a Personal Injury Law Firm is a plus but not a must)
– Someone who has at least 2 years of QB Online experience
– Someone who has at least 2 years of experience working in a US company/business
– Strong communication skills (oral and written)
– Full-time availability (+40 hours per week )
– Capable of working from Monday to Friday, 9am CST (10pm PH) onwards
– Able to start immediately
– Has computer/Laptop
– Has at least 20mbps internet speed
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
– Coding transactions
– Bank Reconciliations
– Data Entry
– Payroll recording
– Accounts Payable
– Settlement distribution process
– Strong communication skills (oral and written)
– Email management and handling requests from the team
