THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

– Inputting of sales and purchase ledger data
– Producing and emailing sales invoices

We currently use Sage Accounting Software. Once you’re comfortable with the Sage package you will proceed to Bank reconciliation.

– Dealing with account emails
– Producing monthly purchase remittance in readiness for payment

You will be given training and support to reach your potential in this role.

DAILY TASKS

– Day to day bookkeeping duties using Sage accounts
– Weekly meetings to discuss progress and the following week
– Training as and when required to provide professional development.

VIRTUAL SAGE BOOKKEEPER/ ACCOUNTANT for UK Business

$4 USD per hour increasing to $5.5 longterm

PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role is: $4 but will be increased to $5.5 overtime and based on performance.

This position is available from the 9th of November.

This is a long-term position.

Provisional Schedule: Initially to include training
– 10-2pm UK time – Monday
– 10-2pm UK time – Tuesday
– 10-2pm UK time – Thursday

You will be available for at least 12 hours per week in the first instance rising by possibly 4 hours per week once training is complete and the role can be expanded.

We will pay you weekly.

We offer one day’s paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.

We offer a 13 month bonus.
