Kalm Properties is a family-owned UK Property management business managing buy to let properties since 2019. We currently manage a portfolio of 17 houses and are rapidly growing in other sectors like Holiday Lets, Service Accommodation, and HMO’s.
To Support this rapid growth, we are looking for a competent Virtual Assistant to grow with us.

THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR
You will form part of the operations team who is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the day-to-day operations, this will essentially include finance, monitoring, planning and administration.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in finance, with years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.

Finance related tasks

– Monthly bookkeeping
– Accounts
– Month End
– End of year Tax returns
– Tracking personal spend on a monthly basis
– Tracking of all rents on the days that they are due
– Purchasing

Admin tasks

The role we are hiring for will also consist of a variety of admin tasks.

– Templates creation with the right letterheads
– Creating processes and procedures with in the business so we have Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in every department
– Excel work
– Coordinating calendars
– Sending out reminders and coordinating cleaners and maintenance team

PAY AND HOURS
* The starting rate for this role will be $4 an hour, increasing to $5.5 after long-term and based on performance
* This position is available from the 13th of November
* This is a long-term position
* Provisional Schedule:
Fixed hours of 8am – 12pm UK time Monday – Friday
Some of these hours could be flexible – to be discussed
You will be available for at least: 20 hours per week – with the opportunity of going to full-time based on performance
* We will pay you weekly
