Looking for someone who loves / is interested in wellness, self-care and biohacking to help me with various tasks I require support on as I develop my media brand – Daily Rituals ( / @)
Main weekly tasks will include:
– Posting blogs onto the website, formatting them correctly, adding links, creating an image for the header and adding suitable images into each blog. There will be 2 blogs per week
– Reaching out to wellness / beauty / self-care brands, mainly those who have recently got funding, and telling them about Daily Rituals in order to get them to be interested in paid brand collaborations e.g. either sponsored blog posts, newsletter features or social features. You will need to create the list of brands for me to approve you to reach out to, find the relevant contact in the business & aim to get a conversation going with them. Progress will need to be reported weekly using a google doc/sheet. If they’d like to book a call to talk further, you will be able to provide them with a calendly link to book in some time with me. Note that this will be done through an outlook account that I will also have access to.
– Support with 2 instagram post per week. 1 will be graphic based, taking the content from what I have written about in my newsletter. The content will already be created but you will need to be able to shorten it and create a post in line with my style e.g. see: /p/C8KUn4towhf/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== , the second post will be a collection of pinterest images to a given brief e.g. see /reel/C6OB7BXolQ3/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Skills you will need:
– Organisation
– Good with graphics / adobe / canva / capcut – you will need to be able to create images in the style of the brand for the blog & reels like the above
– A good eye for design – my brand has a certain style that needs to be replicated
– Good email etiquette e.g. perfect written English, able to personalise emails to a brand etc.
– An understanding of how to add & format blog posts on WordPress (note I use a template so no coding is needed but you’ll need to know the basics of WordPress)
