**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Cold Calling Expert with experience in setting up call centers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have supervisory experience and must possess excellent communication skills without any accent. This individual will be responsible for establishing and managing a virtual call center, including training and interviewing candidates for call center positions.

**Responsibilities:**

– Setup and manage the day-to-day operations of a virtual call center.
– Train and cultivate the sales team to meet quotas and monthly goals.
– Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process for call center positions.
– Work towards developing strategies to optimize call center performance.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
– Work with phone system integrations and contribute to the development of scripts and training processes.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in cold calling and setting up call centers.
– Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
– Exceptional communication skills without any accent.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
– Availability from 9 am to 2 pm with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
– Willingness to transition to a full-time position based on performance.
– Ability and willingness to sign a one-year agreement and confidentiality agreement.
– Experience in phone system integrations and development of scripts and training processes.
