Highly Skilled VIRTUAL CEO / BUSINESS PARTNER

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join us as a Virtual CEO / Business Partner to collaborate on building an Airbnb business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in acquiring new Airbnb units, particularly in Dubai and Germany. Fluency in German is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Airbnb business, acting as the CEO of the company from an operational standpoint.
2. Lead the acquisition of new Airbnb units, both in Dubai and Germany, by identifying suitable properties and negotiating agreements.
3. Recruit and onboard new team members to support the growth and expansion of the Airbnb business.
4. Utilize various tools and resources to optimize the performance and success of the Airbnb business in both markets.
5. Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and execute strategies for business growth and scalability.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in acquiring new Airbnb units, with a successful track record of expanding property portfolios.
2. Fluent in German, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
3. Familiarity with the tools and technologies necessary for running a successful Airbnb business, including property management platforms and booking systems.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a remote team effectively.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth in the short-term rental industry.
