About Us:We are a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our social media presence. As a Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and engaging with our online community across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to optimize strategies accordingly.
Content Creation and Management:
Generate, edit, and share daily content (original text, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage.
Schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Community Engagement:
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Engage in online conversations, answer questions, and offer solutions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and understand the audience.
Provide weekly/monthly reports with statistics and results for each main metric.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Influencer Outreach:
Build relationships with influencers for brand promotion.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator.
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations (preferred but not required).
