Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Virtual Content Assistant with a strong background in graphic design and content editing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics that align with our clients’ brand aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital content and eager to contribute to the success of diverse businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Repurpose existing content into various formats including video clips, audio snippets, written articles, social media posts, and infographics.
Edit and enhance video and audio content to ensure high-quality output.
Design engaging graphics for social media, blog posts, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the content creation team to understand clients’ branding and content goals.
Ensure all content aligns with clients’ brand guidelines and voice.
Assist in scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all content produced.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, social media, and graphic design.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design and content editing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
Experience with video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
Ability to write and edit content for different formats and audiences.
Knowledge of analytics tools to track content performance and engagement.
Working Hours:
Part-time position with flexible hours.
Estimated 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours based on workload and performance.
