Responsibilities:
– Answering inbound calls.
– Booking & Scheduling jobs.
– Outbound & outreach calls/texts/emails to potential & existing clients.
– Managing owners calendars
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Touch-base with our previous clients for any feedback, opportunities, or if we could help them again by communicating
with them through email or over the phone.
– Order job & office supplies
– Create systems to organize & manage
– Keeping records of all relevant conversations with the clients in the systems we use.
– Updating the CRM details as needed.

Requirements & Skills:
– Excellent English – both written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms & Microsoft Office proficient
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Nice To Have / Trainable Skills:
– Experience with Housecall Pro, Mailchimp, Chiirp.
– Honest, reliable with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
– Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail.
– Team Player
– Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Accountable and takes ownership of tasks that are needed to be done in a timely manner
– Happy to learn new tasks and take on other responsibilities as needed

Additional notes:
We operate on Pacific Standard Time from 8am-5pm PST Monday – Saturday
– Happy to work graveyard shifts at 12am or 1am PHT
– Weekend on a roster basis
