**Job Description:**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at **Sew Creative Lounge**, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members and customers receive top-notch support and assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of customer service tasks, including email support, social media management, phone calls, and website updates. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional customer care.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Care Email using Gorgias:**
– Monitor and promptly respond to member inquiries and concerns via our customer care email platform (e.g., Gorgias).
– Provide accurate information about our classes, workshops, and products while addressing member questions and ensuring their satisfaction.

2. **Managing Facebook Group:**
– Engage actively with our community of sewing enthusiasts on our Facebook group, answering queries, offering support, and fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
– Share updates, promotions, and relevant information with group members.

3. **Phone Calls:**
– Handle incoming phone calls from members, providing friendly and effective assistance, and addressing their needs and inquiries.
– Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor during phone interactions.

4. **Curate Reviews:**
– Oversee and manage member reviews on our website (), ensuring all reviews are appropriate and addressing any concerns or negative feedback professionally.

5. **Update Home Page of Website in Shopify:**
– Collaborate closely with our web development team to keep our Shopify website’s home page current with the latest class schedules, product offerings, promotions, and announcements.

6. **Create Facebook Events for Lives and Public Classes:**
– Plan and create engaging Facebook events for our live streaming sessions and public classes, ensuring all event details are accurate and appealing.
– Promote these events through our social media channels to boost participation.

**Qualifications:**

– Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
– Proficiency with customer service software, email platforms (e.g., Gorgias), and social media platforms.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is a plus.
– Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
– A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
