Virtual Customer Service / Sales Representative

OVERVIEW

We are a moving & storage company looking for an experienced Sales Representative to provide service/ product information to prospective and current customers. The Sales Representative will answer inbound calls, perform outbound calls (follow-ups and cold calls), respond to customer inquiries, and not be afraid to offer a comprehensive solution to their problems. This position will require a broad knowledge of the company’s services.

This is a long-term position yielding plenty of growth opportunities within the organization if you want it. We are looking for a skilled worker that wants to be with us for a really long time. DUTIES
• Manage incoming calls, email correspondence, and chats and provide accurate quotes to customers
• Sell Add-Ons/Upgrades based on customer needs
• Manage customer inquiries by providing appropriate solutions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain customer interactions, educate the customer about our service process, and solve related issues
• Responds to all inbound driver and manager calls
• Complete Follow-Up Calls, Texts, and Emails
• Listen to, and score calls from other representatives
• Find leads and cold call those leads (experience with finding leads through data mining, LinkedIn, and Facebook a plus)
• Increase leads through Facebook Ads
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on skills and abilities, such as SEO / SEM.

This is a work-from-home position:
•So, you MUST have fast and reliable internet.
•Noise-canceling microphone/headset
•A professional working environment free of background noise

Hours:
Hours will be 9 am – 6 pm Eastern Standard time (EST) or 9 pm – 6 am M-F Manila Time and one Saturday every four weeks from 9 am-2 pm EST or 9 pm – 3 am Manila Time.
