ReviveMax Contracting Services is a family-owned construction company based in Cypress, TX. Our company specializes in providing a range of contracting services, including remodeling, renovation, and construction services. We, Ginger and Mick Papesh, own and run ReviveMax Contracting Services, and we enjoy spending time with our family of three teenage daughters and our dog.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled virtual assistant to manage our social media, website, blogs, SEO, and other construction profile pages. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and able to make decisions. You will also be responsible for creating brochures, stickers, t-shirts, and other marketing materials for our company.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the company’s social media presence on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
* Develop and implement a content strategy for the company’s blog and website to attract and engage our target audience.
* Conduct research on trending topics and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
* Create marketing materials, such as brochures, stickers, t-shirts, and other branded materials for the company.
* Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to improve our online presence and increase brand awareness.
* Optimize website and social media content for search engines using SEO techniques.
* Work closely with the internal staff to ensure that they have the necessary photos and videos to post.
* Monitor the company’s online reputation and respond to comments and inquiries on social media and other platforms.
* Provide regular reports on website and social media analytics and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
* Experience in managing social media, website, blogs, SEO, and other construction platforms.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create marketing materials.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions.
* Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment for virtual meetings with the team based in the US.
