Job Description

We are actively recruiting a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to provide outstanding customer service and support during standard business hours (12 PM to 8 PM CST). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in handling customer inquiries through various channels, a basic understanding of social media, and a keen eye for growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails in Outlook.
– Engage with website visitors through live chat during standard business hours.
– Address customer inquiries on Facebook and Instagram messages.
2. Customer Follow-ups and Upselling:
– Conduct persuasive phone follow-ups with customers to upsell products and encourage additional spending.
– Maintain positive communication to enhance customer relationships.
3. Knowledge of Klaviyo:
– Possess a basic understanding of Klaviyo for email marketing and communication.
4. Social Media:
– Demonstrate a basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Assist in managing social media accounts and engage with followers as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
– Familiarity with customer engagement on various platforms, including email, live chat, and social media.
2. Communication Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to effectively engage with customers through different communication channels.
– Good written and spoken American English is a requirement.
3. Tech-Savvy:
– Proficient in using Outlook for email communication.
– Basic knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
– Comfortable using social media platforms for communication.
4. Sales and Upselling:
– Experience in phone-based customer follow-ups and upselling.
Education:
– A high school diploma is required.
– Additional certifications or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Compensation:
– Starting salary is 32,000 Philippine pesos per month.
– Monthly commission structure in place with limitless growth potential.
