We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Ecommerce Assistant to join our team remotely. As a Virtual Ecommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to order processing, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing, customer support, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle RMA requests, including issuing RMAs and coordinating returns.
• Provide excellent customer support via email and other communication channels.
• Assist with product and inventory update on marketplace such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, BestBuy Canada, etc.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce team and other departments.
• Monitor and report on ecommerce metrics on customer and product feedback.
• Operate the ERP system Odoo for helpdesk and fulfillment
• Provide support and assistance to customers via email and phone calls, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
• Stay updated on platform features and functionalities, ensuring optimal use for customer support and engagement activities.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service excellence, consistently exceeding customer expectations in all interactions.
• Escalate complex issues or unresolved inquiries to appropriate teams for further assistance, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ecommerce, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with order processing, RMA processing, and customer support
• Must have a workstation setup and reliable internet connection.

• Training on ERP System, SAAS platform and marketplace operation
• Access on SAAS Office Teams, MS Office, Odoo, Marketplaces
• Working hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time
