Virtual Email Support/Inbound Customer Service

Dialed In PH is seeking an enthusiastic Virtual Inbound Customer Service to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer’s account as assigned. You will ensure that while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and be a direct influence on their satisfaction.

Email Support – Customer Service
-At least 1 year of experience in handling sensitive or confidential information
-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Knowledgeable in using Google Suite and/or similar email platform
-Completed at least 2nd-year college
-Above-average typing skills

-Technical Requirements:
-Strong and reliable internet connection at home with at least 10Mbps Fiber connection.
-Upload 5mbps and Downloads 5mbps
-Operating System should either be Windows 10 (no Macbooks or Chromebooks)
-PC or laptop with a processor of at least i5 4th generation and 8Gig RAM or i3 5th gen and 6Gig RAM
-Noise-cancellation headset (at least 30%)
-Should have a conducive place/room for working. (There should be no chicken noise, dogs barking, TV noise, baby crying, noisy electric fan, or any unnecessary noise in the background)

Inbound Customer Service
-At least 1 year of experience in Inbound Customer Service
-Order Process Knowledge, Escalation Process knowledge
-Extreme attention to detail & Ability to Multitask
-Professional Communication both Written & Verbal
-Relationship Building Skills with Customer Focus
-Ability to accept and grow from Constructive Feedback
-Completed at least 2nd-year college
-Above-average typing skills
