Location: Remote (must be available during Australian Sydney office hours)
We are in search of an experienced Virtual Events Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position, and the ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work during Sydney, Australia office hours.
As a Virtual Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our online events, from creating the registration page to supporting users during the live event.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute online events using EventsAIR software
Create and manage event registration pages
Create engaging webcasts to captivate our diverse audience
Provide real-time user support during the event
Work closely with various stakeholders to understand event requirements and deliver upon them
Monitor and report on event metrics to drive continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a webcast or events co-ordinator, specifically using EventsAIR software
Familiarity with Zoom conferencing software
Availability to work during Australian Sydney office hours
Reliable and fast internet connection
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Events Management or relevant field
Proven record of coordinating successful webcasts or similar online events
Familiarity with the Australian market and working style
Experience in a remote work environment
