We offer a comprehensive 6-week program that empowers agency owners to master Click to view, a tool which is democratizing outbound sales automation and becoming very popular.

In the past month, Clay Bootcamp has ~tripled in revenue, thanks to our recent pivot, our dynamic team, and the strong demand for the bootcamp. Now we’re focused on making our bootcamp truly great, with lots of changes underway, and the whole team pitching in.

### The Role: Virtual Executive Admin Superstar
We’re seeking a very talented person to step into the role of Virtual Executive Admin; you should be strikingly resourceful, proactive, and have an open/growth mindset. As the backbone of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations, supporting our specialists by taking tasks off their plate, and otherwise driving our mission forward. This role could be your ticket to not only being part of something great, but to a quantum leap in personal and professional growth :)… I’ll personally invest in your growth, as will other members of the team.

### Your Impact:
* Master and leverage tools like Zapier and ClickUp to optimize our processes.
* Maintain seamless internal communications, primarily via Slack, keeping our team connected and informed.
* Conduct research and present findings with precision, aiding our strategic decisions and other internal research.
* Ensure swift project turnarounds, embodying efficiency and excellence.
* As you grow, spearhead diverse projects across marketing, automation, and research, showcasing your ability to thrive in a multifaceted role.
* Contribute to basic tracking/accounting tasks, supporting our understanding of the big picture through the important details!
