Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: 100% remote

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the company founder, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating the smooth execution of various tasks. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
o Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team.
2. Project Management:
o Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
o Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
o Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Communication:
o Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
o Facilitate communication within the executive team and across the organization.
o Draft and manage internal and external communications.
4. Data Management:
o Maintain and organize executive files, records, and databases.
o Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
o Perform data entry, including translating hand-written notes into professional Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives.
• Familiarity with Clickup project management software is a plus.
