Job Overview:
We are a family business with a kids YouTube channel, seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant. We are excited to welcome a dedicated professional to join our team and assist with various aspects of our business and personal lives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including social media management, calendar management, travel coordination, overseeing school assignments, ordering supplies and food. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to thorough and efficient work.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and YouTube Research:
-Lead in-depth research using advanced analytics tools for social media and YouTube platforms.
-Innovate content creation strategies and manage social media calendars.
-Optimize accounts for enhanced online presence and audience engagement.
-Coordinate content scheduling and manage end-to-end processes for campaigns.
Calendar Management:
-Regularly update and manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and children’s sports practices, school activities, and extracurricular events.
Delegation:
-Receive information from management and efficiently delegate tasks to relevant team members.
-Follow up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Travel Coordination:
-Research and schedule travel accommodations.
-Ensure seamless travel logistics and assist in adapting plans as needed.
Education Support:
-Assist in keeping track of children’s school assignments and deadlines.
Administrative Tasks:
-Handle random tasks that may arise, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Ordering and Coordination:
-Manage the ordering of food and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word:
-Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks, including data entry, document creation, and spreadsheet management.
Experience with Organizational or Daily Planner Software:
-Proficient in using software designed for organization and daily planning to enhance task and schedule management efficiency.
Initiative and Independence:
-Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and complete tasks without constant follow-up.
Organizational Skills:
-Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Multitasking Abilities:
-Ability to multitask effectively and handle a variety of responsibilities.
Thoroughness:
-Demonstrates thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Availability:
-Full-time availability, Monday to Friday. Ability to work night shifts in the Philippines to align with U.S. Mountain Time.
Compensation:
-Starting at $6-$10 per hour, reflective of skills and experience, with potential for growth based on performance.
