Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
– Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
– Handle email correspondence, respond on behalf of executives, and maintain clear
communication with stakeholders.
2. Project Coordination
– Oversee and coordinate diverse projects, ensuring alignment with organisational
objectives.
– Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and
collaboration.
3. Research and Information Gathering
– Research industry trends, potential clients, and partners.
– Summarize findings and present information clearly and concisely.
4. Document Preparation
– Assist in accurately and professionally preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
– Ensure written communications adhere to the highest standards.
5. Client Relationship Management
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, embodying the professional
image of our business network.
– Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and information requests.
6. Business Network Development
– Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute ideas for business network
development and growth.
– Participate in strategic discussions and provide valuable insights.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably in a start-up environment.
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
5. Ability to work independently and proactively handle tasks.
6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
7. Interest or experience in the property and finance industry is a plus.
8. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
9. Highly organised, able to prioritise, and self-motivated.
10. Enthusiasm and drive to contribute to the success of the business network.
