Responsibilities:
• Follow-up Phone Calls: Conduct follow-up phone calls with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide outstanding
support.
• Warm Handoff: Be able to promptly and efficiently perform a warm handoff from clients, prospective clients, or point
persons to the owner of Healing Care Solutions via phone call.
• Lead Sourcing: Research healthcare facilities, identify key contacts, and establish connections to facilitate collaborations.
• Appointment Setting: Arrange appointments with clients and healthcare providers, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Content Creation: Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, writing bios, and other content as needed.
• Resource Applications: Submit applications for company resources and grants, contributing to our growth.
• Forms and Data Entry: Update and maintain forms, databases, and records to ensure accurate and accessible information.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks, including drafting contract verbiage, managing invoices, and maintaining
well-organized records.
• Meeting Notes: Take detailed notes during virtual meetings and calls, summarizing key discussions and facilitating follow-
up actions.
• Spreadsheet Management: Maintain accurate daily and weekly spreadsheets, centralizing important data for streamlined
decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in speaking and understanding English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct online research effectively.
• Familiarity with Zoom and virtual event platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.
• Prior administrative or outreach experience is advantageous.
Requirements:
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection.
• Must have a backup internet connection.
