IntVentures is a fast-growing startup headquartered in Canada that helps strategic buyers source acquisition opportunities. Our clients include industry-leading tech companies such as Ringlead (acquired by ZoomInfo), , Rovio (parent company of Angry Birds), and top investors such as Tiny.

We’re a small team of people who find new and improved ways to deliver value to our clients with technology and a data-centric approach. We’re looking for someone with the same traits to join us in challenging the status quo.

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to become an integral part of the team and help the CEO achieve more with less. The position will revolve around aiding the CEO with various tasks, from administrative to research to HR.

General Information about the Role:
– Full-time (40 hours a week) 100% remote work
– EST timezone or at least have 4 hours of overlap with PST timezone Monday – Friday
– Compensation depends on experience and is paid biweekly
– We also offer various benefits (home office setup stipend, healthcare reimbursement, learning and development budget, vacation)

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Streamlining administrative tasks and reducing the CEO’s time spent on recurring tasks
– Managing the CEO’s calendar, email, and Slack accounts
– Approving and auditing payroll, reimbursement, and costs
– Planning travel and other personal matters as needed
– Completing ad-hoc projects that can help the CEO work on more initiatives

2. Keeping the CEO updated on team performance
– Monitoring KPI dashboards and checking in with the team on their goal progress and roadblocks
– Helping keep the team members accountable on their responsibilities
– Preparing KPI, team meeting, and team performance reports for the CEO
– Providing timely information and guidance to team members and helping them unblock when the CEO’s time is not required

3. Leading people-related initiatives
– Building processes and systems to organize all HR team documents and contracts
– Supporting hiring/recruiting efforts across all teams
– Onboarding and off-boarding team members
– Managing a healthy team culture despite the remote setup
– Organizing team events, gifts, holidays, etc. (This includes planning and managing the annual company in-person retreat!)

– Ability to learn new technologies quickly, especially SaaS tools

Brownie points for:
– Understanding of performance management
– Past experience in HR management, recruiting, and event organization
