Position Overview:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to manage a variety of tasks, including using Asana to handle task management, email communication, text messaging, appointment scheduling, order fulfillment on Shopify, time management, and acting as an accountability character to Shawn Anthony Roberts You will also be responsible for sitting in on meetings, creating to-do lists within Asana, and ensuring that tasks and action items are completed promptly, either by yourself or by fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage tasks and project workflows in Asana, ensuring that all assignments are organized and up-to-date.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring that calendars are integrated seamlessly with Asana tasks.
follow ups to phone calls and text messages in a professional and responsive manner.
Manage and fulfill orders on our Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as an accountability coach, helping team members stay on track with their goals and Asana tasks.
Attend meetings, take notes, and create comprehensive to-do lists within Asana for action items.
Ensure timely follow-through on Asana tasks by either completing them yourself or delegating to the appropriate team member.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using Asana or similar task management software.
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
