Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Manage executive’s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings in different time zones.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives, ensuring all incoming communications are responded to promptly.
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage in initial lead approach through cold calls or emails.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records to ensure that important information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured.
Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff.
Prepare and monitor budgets.
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.

Qualifications:
3 years or more of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
Experience in market research and lead generation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
