**Position:** Virtual Executive Assistant
**Type:** Part-Time, Flexible Schedule
**Hours:** 12-15 hours per week (3-4 days a week, Monday-Friday)

**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support both business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency in AI tools and chat applications. This role requires someone who can handle various administrative tasks, help streamline operations, and maintain a high level of organization.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including making appointments and travel arrangements.
– Order food and handle other personal errands as needed.
– Perform bookkeeping and track business expenses.
– Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking inventory, invoices, and other important data.
– Develop and implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency.
– Respond to emails and manage communication as needed.
– Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Proficiency in using AI tools and chat applications.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
– Must be a fast learner and able to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
– Familiarity with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
– Ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
– Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday.
