Job Description

Virtual Executive Assistant – FULL TIME

I’m looking to hire a full time virtual executive assistant to manage a virtual office, including tasks such as answering and scheduling emails, providing customer service to potential and current clients, organizing schedules and calendars, and data entry and organization.

Requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required
– Experience in customer service is required
– Excellent organization and scheduling skills
– Availability to work during business hours (approx. 10 AM to 6 PM, with some flexibility) Eastern Standard Time

Helpful Experience (but not required):
– Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation
– Experience with email outreach software (MailShake or equivalent)
– Social media experience (Instagram and Facebook)
– Graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Responsibilities include:
– Corresponding with current and potential clients on behalf of myself and my company
– Scheduling sales calls, bookings, and other appointments in a calendar
– Generating leads, scheduling, and managing email outreach campaigns
– Summarizing and sending sales call information sent to clients
– Creating and sending out invoices, contracts, and other documents to clients
– Tracking progress and information in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other online systems.
