Job Description: Virtual Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week
Rate: $4/hr
Journey Decor, a dynamic and rapidly-growing company in the home decor industry, is seeking a Virtual Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations by providing efficient and effective administrative assistance remotely.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks to ensure our records are up-to-date and error-free.
Document Company Policies: Work closely with our team to document company policies in our company platform, ensuring easy access and clear communication to all team members.
Screening Interview Applications: Conduct thorough reviews of job applications, screen candidates, and assist in selecting individuals who align with our company values and culture.
Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all parties are properly informed and aligned.
Document Operating Procedures and Training Documents: Help create and update operating procedures and training materials to support the growth and development of our team.
Assign Product SKUs: Maintain a well-organized inventory by accurately assigning SKUs to all of our products and materials.
Canva Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing content for marketing and communication materials, enhancing our brand image.
Send Onboarding Documents to New Hires: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by sending out necessary documents and ensuring timely completion.
Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing general support.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills.
Familiarity with Canva or graphic design experience is a plus.
Previous experience in executive administration, office management, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
