Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate parties.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and company functions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
