Virtual Executive Assistant (Night Shift) – Tech-Savvy with Sales Experience

We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and work full-time for 8 hours per day during a night shift. The working hours will be based on the EST time zone. The ideal candidate for this position must be tech-savvy, have sales experience, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills. As a Virtual Assistant in our marketing agency, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting cold email campaigns and handling back-office operations. Configure and administer GoHighLevel, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of the CRM.

• Perform updates and maintenance tasks for the CRM to keep it up to date.
• Create high-converting campaigns, funnels, and sales pages to drive business growth.
• Design multistep messaging, reminder, and follow-up sequences via SMS and email to optimize engagement and sales.
• Track and monitor system automation to ensure they are functioning as intended.
• Ensure data integrity between different systems and integrations.
• Utilize Zap integrations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage email campaigns and inbox, handling communication effectively.
• Utilize tools like Woodpecker and similar products to execute cold email strategies.
• Set up applications in NoCode products for seamless operations.
• Assist in funnel building to drive conversions and optimize the user experience.
• Perform any other duties assigned related to administrative and technical aspects of our marketing agency.

Requirements:
• Prior experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of outbound processes on LinkedIn for appointment booking and sales growth.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential for effective communication.
• Familiarity with Woodpecker or similar tools for cold email campaigns.
• Strong tech-savviness and ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly.
• Detail-oriented and able to track and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Experience with Nocode products and funnel building is a plus.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $6 per hour.
