Motivated Virtual Executive Assistant with experience in Social Media Management and Lead Generation
Position: Virtual Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Remote, Part-time but can turn into Full-time after 1–3 month evaluation period.
Work Schedule: Flexible and available during U.S. CST hours.

Are you an experienced, high-performing Virtual Executive Assistant with a knack for social media management, lead generation, email campaigns and a flair for creativity? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team remotely. If you possess a multifaceted skill set, excellent customer service, responsive, and thrive in an ever-changing environment, this opportunity is for you! This role will work directly with and report to the founder.
We’re an HR Consultancy firm providing high-impact, strategic HR solutions. Based virtually in the Spring, TX area, we serve start-ups and small to mid-size businesses across the US. We’re on a mission to help businesses and the people in them thrive every day.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, back-end support, preparing meeting notes and handling general inquiries.
• Review, and edit basic HR documents, proposals, letters, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Execute social media marketing strategies and ad management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Bulk-create and schedule engaging social media content while utilizing AI-generated tools for efficiency.
• Compile and save all work/content on Google Drive.
• Generate invoices through CRM tool.
• Conducts minor updates to Wix website.
• Set up email campaigns.
• Drives targeted lead generation and cold email efforts to grow our client base.
• Conduct short-form video editing tasks.
• Implement and manage automated systems to streamline processes.
• Provide daily reports for tasks completed.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant, Social Media Management and Lead Generation, Marketing or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Must have flexibility to work during U.S. CST hours.
• Must have access to a computer with consistent and reliable internet access.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.)
• Pro with using Canva, Google Drive, Wix, ActiveCampaign, and Calendly.
• Familiar with Honeybook CRM, , or any similar tool.
• Skilled in MS office tools such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SEO preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and technologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client and firm information.
