Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/ C Level Executive in a USA company

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to support our CEO/President and contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
-Calendar Management: Schedule, manage, and prioritize appointments, meetings, and events.
-Email Management: Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox, responding to emails on their behalf when appropriate.
-Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
-Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking key projects and initiatives.
-Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed, such as scheduling personal appointments and managing errands.
-Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO and the company.
Qualifications
– Language Proficiency: Must have a C2 level of English proficiency.
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO /
– C Level Executive in a USA company.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
– Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
