Role Overview:
In this role, you are pivotal in defining the visual appeal of the real estate team brand. Your work will involve creating striking designs for various marketing mediums, ensuring the brand’s message resonates clearly and attractively with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design engaging social media posts that showcase the brand’s essence
– Create postcards, property brochures, and flyers that effectively highlight team listings.
– Design newsletter email templates that clearly convey our marketing messages.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and develop impactful visuals.
– Continuously innovate to improve the visual quality of our marketing materials.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in design to keep our brand’s visuals fresh and impactful.

What The Team is Looking For:
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
– Proven Experience in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
– A portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in digital marketing
– Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
– Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
– Excellent communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
