As a Virtual Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, using available furniture and decor to mock up rooms, creating layouts that resonate with the unique characteristics of each property and the community it is in. You will also play a crucial role in integrating local art into the designs, sourced from digital art files provided by our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize available furniture and decor to design room layouts for various short-term rental properties.
2. Adapt design styles and color schemes to suit the specific location and style of each property.
3. Integrate local art into the designs, incorporating digital art files from the local area to enhance the community feel.
4. Manage the design budget, ensuring it remains at or below $25,000 USD to meet project goals.
5. Bring creativity to the forefront, aiming to make short-term rental properties feel like a part of the community.
6. Work on a diverse range of properties, including apartments, houses, and cabins located in different parts of the United States.
7. Stay updated on current interior design trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into your designs.
8. Coordinate with two key stakeholders for design approval and revision feedback before initiating any remodeling.
9. Use Matterport models of the homes to create realistic mock-ups of the new interior designs.
10. Optimize Space Efficiency; Maximize the use of available space in each property to ensure that layouts are both aesthetically pleasing and practical for short-term guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an interior designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in interior design software and tools for creating mock-ups.
• Strong creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work with a variety of design styles.
• Strong project management and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working remotely with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current interior design trends and the ability to incorporate them into your designs.
