Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are currently seeking a Virtual Office Assistant to join us. This role is pivotal in managing our client communications, converting inquiries into leads, and ensuring the first impression of our law firm is professional, welcoming, and informative.

Role Summary:

The Virtual Office Assistant will be the frontline contact for our clients, handling calls, website inquiries, and leads from social media platforms. Your role involves converting calls into leads, following up with clients, scheduling appointments, and providing weekly updates on tasks completed and leads generated. You will work independently, delivering results and updates to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound Calls.
2. Convert inquiries into leads.
3. Follow up with clients and schedule appointments.
4. Handle website and social media leads, providing prompt and accurate responses.
5. Learn the basics of US immigration law to better assist and provide value to our clients and the firm.
6. Ensure high-quality communication, both written and spoken, with a friendly and people-oriented approach.
7. Manage the office schedule/calendar and attorney availability, coordinating effectively to meet clients’ needs.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for the office, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
9. Handle related auxiliary administrative task.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in customer service.
2. Excellent command of the English language, both in speaking and writing.
3. High energy, friendly, and people-oriented, with a willingness to work with individuals of all nationalities.
4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
5. Proficient in texting and emailing on behalf of the office.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering results and weekly updates on tasks completed.
7. Open to learning and understanding the basics of US immigration law.

1. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. A problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM US Eastern Time. Applicants must be able to manage time zone differences effectively to ensure availability during these hours. It is crucial that you can maintain a consistent schedule aligned with US Eastern Time.
