We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Leasing Assistant to join our team and support our leasing operations.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Leasing Assistant will support our leasing operations through digital marketing, tenant interactions, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, digital marketing, and be highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:
– Leasing Activities:
– Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms.
– Pre-qualify tenants based on our criteria.
– Schedule and conduct virtual property tours.
– Book showings with our leasing agents.
– Process rental applications, perform background checks, and verify references.
– Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
– Maintain records of tenant communications and leasing activities.

Digital Marketing:
– Create and manage online listings on rental platforms (e.g., Zillow, , etc.).
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
– Design promotional materials and advertisements for online and offline use.
– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Administrative Tasks:
– Maintain and update leasing documentation and tenant files.
– Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams for move-ins and move-outs.
– Track and report leasing metrics and occupancy rates.
– Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in leasing and property management.
– Strong digital marketing skills with experience in social media management and online advertising.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in using property management software (e.g., Appfolio, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with multi-family properties.
– Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant.
