Virtual Leasing Officer

As a VA – Leasing Officer at CDA Co-living, you will play a key role in supporting our leasing team by handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. You will be directly coordinating with our AU team to build relationships with potential tenants, understand their needs, and guide them through the leasing process.

Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000

Commissions:
AUD 20 for each sale resulting from online inspections you conduct.
AUD 3 for sales generated by your Sydney team partner if you provide the lead that booked the inspection.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and text message
-Schedule and conduct virtual tours of our properties
-Process applications and collect the required documentation
-Prepare and send lease agreements
-Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
-Handle maintenance requests and other resident concerns
-Maintain accurate records and reports
-Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with prospective residents

Qualifications:
-Proven success in leasing and sales, ideally in the real estate or coliving industry. (preferred but not required)
-Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential tenants.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and short-term accommodations is advantageous.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
